Vending Space Availability: Limited

Vending fee
$100 for indoor vending space payable as a donation to HTX4Ukraine.
We WILL NOT charge you % of your proceeds from the event, but would humbly welcome a top up donation, should you have a particularly successful sales day at the cook-off!

Vending space
Vendors will get one 8' table as a minimum and may request an additional 8' as needed. Vendor footprint will be marked on the floor and will not exceed 10'x10'.

Vending setup and breakdown
Venue will open at 8am, you must be set up and ready to go no later than by 11am.
From 2022 to 2024 the event attendance grew from ~350 visitors to close to 1000. We expect this number to grow further in 2025.
You must remain at your vending table until the end of the event at 4pm and will not be allowed to breakdown and leave earlier, even if you are sold out of your goods. Please plan accordingly in terms of both stock and arrival/departure logistics.

Access to power
Please note that vendors WILL NOT have access to power outlets at the venue, as all of them will be in use by the cook-off participants. Please plan accordingly and bring enough power banks  or portable charging stations to last you the duration of the event.

Food vendors
No food vendors will be accepted.
