Please email our vendor coordinator, Solomiia, to check if vendor space is still available.
In your email, please include:
- Information about yourself and your company/business
- An overview of the items you will be selling
- Pictures (if relevant)
- Your website and any relevant social media links

Once the vendor coordinator confirms your spot, please submit payment to officially reserve it.
Vending Space Availability: Limited
Vending Fee
$100 for indoor vending space, payable as a donation to HTX4Ukraine.
We WILL NOT charge you a percentage of your sales. However, if you have a particularly successful day at the cook-off, we would be grateful for any additional donation you’d like to make.
Vending Space Details
Each vendor will receive one 8' table. You may bring an extra table if needed.
Your vendor footprint will be marked on the floor and may not exceed 8' x 8'.
Setup & Breakdown
The venue opens at 8:00 AM. You must be fully set up and ready by 11:00 AM.
Attendance has grown from about 350 visitors in 2022 to nearly 1,000 in 2024, and we expect even more in 2025.
Vendors must remain at their tables until the event ends at 4:00 PM. Early breakdown or leaving is not allowed, even if you sell out. Please plan your stock and travel accordingly.
Access to Power
Vendors will NOT have access to power outlets, as they are reserved for cook-off participants. Please bring enough power banks or portable chargers to last the entire day.
Food vendors
No food vendors will be accepted.
