Payable as a donation to HTX4Ukraine.
One 8′ Table Provided
Footprint capped at 8′ × 8′ on the floor.
8 AM – 4 PM
Doors open 8 AM — must be fully set up by 11 AM.
No Early Breakdown
Stay until 4 PM, even if you sell out. Plan stock accordingly.
No Food Vendors
Non-food crafts and goods only.
Bring Your Own Power
Outlets are reserved for cook-off teams — pack a power bank.

How to Apply
Here’s everything you need to register — just two simple steps between you and a table on the floor.
Step 1
Email Our Coordinator
Email our coordinator to check current availability. In your email, please include:
- Info about you & your business
- An overview of what you’re selling
- A few photos (if relevant)
- Your website & social links
Step 2
Confirm & Pay
Once our vendor coordinator confirms your spot, they’ll send a secure payment link with simple instructions.
- Pay through the link the coordinator sends you
- Your spot is confirmed once payment clears
- You’ll get a confirmation email
- Your name goes on the vendor floor plan
